Reason: The Yingcai Building will undergo demolition work.
二、時間：114年11月24日(一)開始
Schedule: The project will begin on November 24, 2025 (Monday)

Notes:
(1) 施工期間敬請繞道，避免行經施工區域，以策安全，造成不便敬請見諒。
(1) During the construction period, please take alternate routes and avoid the construction area for your
safety. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
(2) 英才大樓周邊機車停車格，市政府交通局將於114年11月15日塗銷。
(2) The motorcycle parking spaces around the Yingcai Building will be removed by the Taichung City
Government Transportation Bureau on November 15, 2025
