圖書資訊中心重要通知：防範偽冒管理階層之詐騙郵件 / Important Notice from the Library Information Center: Preventing Scams Impersonating Management

 

致全校教職員工及行政人員：/ To all Faculty, Staff, and Administrators:

 

近期本中心接獲多起通報，有不法人士偽冒本校高階主管發送詐騙郵件。此類郵件通常偽裝成內部通知，要求點數轉移或金錢支付，並附帶可疑連結或附件，意圖竊取敏感資訊，嚴重威脅本校資訊安全與營運穩定。 / Recently, our center has received multiple reports of scam emails impersonating high-level administrators of our university. These emails typically pose as official internal notices, requesting point transfers or monetary payments and including suspicious links or attachments, with the intent to steal sensitive information, seriously threatening our institution's information security and operational stability.

 

為保護本校資訊系統，請務必遵守以下防範措施：/ To protect our information systems, please strictly adhere to the following preventive measures:

 

切勿點擊任何可疑連結或下載附件。 這些行為可能啟動惡意軟體或導致資料外洩。 / Do not click any suspicious links or download attachments. These actions may trigger malware or lead to data breaches.

切勿回覆或配合任何可疑郵件要求。 如收到來源不明的郵件，請立即刪除。 / Do not reply to or comply with any requests in suspicious emails. If you receive an email from an unknown source, please delete it immediately.

如發現任何疑似詐騙郵件，請立即向圖書資訊中心通報， 並提供完整郵件內容以供查驗及後續處理。 / If you encounter any suspected scam emails, please report them immediately to the Library Information Center, providing the complete email content for verification and further action.

We urge all faculty, staff, and administrators to take this matter seriously and collaborate in preventing scam-related risks, ensuring the safe and stable operation of our institution.
