為維護 良好的系統運作及新學年度內容更新，臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心網站預計於 8 月 1 日（四） 00:00 至 8 月 9 日（五） 18:00 暫停營運，暫停期間不開放上課、測驗、下載修課證明、後臺管理等服務，客服時間則調整為 09:30 - 12:00 與 13:30 - 17:00 。（8 月 2 日與 8 月 9 日當日客服暫停）

4. 入學年月（僅必修學生需要提供）

6. 詳述問題（若為成績與題目，請提供測驗時間與題目描述；若為總測驗送出異常，請提供測驗時間與您所填答的全部答案）
