CyTOF ® Helios/Hyperion 質譜流式細胞分析核心平台 說明會
美國Standard BioTools (原Fluidigm)的CyTOF質譜流式細胞儀與傳統流式細胞儀最大的不同在於：質譜流式細胞儀使用高純度的金屬同位素 (如鑭系金屬)而非螢光蛋白，用以接合特異性抗體或核酸崁合劑 (nucleic acid intercalator)，進而標記細胞表面或內部的訊號分子｡CyTOF平台可進行單細胞、多參數檢測的細胞分析技術 (high-dimensional single cell analysis)，除了包含傳統流式細胞儀的高通量分析優點之外，更兼具質譜偵測的高解析能力｡

簡介: Generate high-parameter protein data with confidence using Standard Biotools CyTOF technology. Understand how CyTOF enables researchers to generate biologically relevant insights that inform not only on pathological conditions and therapeutic outcomes but also generate novel insights by detecting commonly missed low-frequency populations. Both suspension mass cytometry and imaging mass cytometry applications will be shared and discussed.
